Colive sunrise Property

I believe this is the best Colive property so far. The building is built keeping in my mind all kind of people that is there are single, double and premium single(or couple) rooms. Food is the most concerning issue for most people which has been exceptional so far. This property has all the amenities like indoor games, cinema room and even a basic gym. Most Importantly Colive provides an environment where you get to meet and connect with new people and live in a community. There is house keeping on regular intervals, so I don’t need to worry about the cleaning also. The Resident property manager of the colive sunrise is also a well educated and very helpful and friendly person, who takes care of all your needs and issues(If any,so far none). Colive is providing the best service for sunrise. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live in a place like this.

Worst

First of all those developers don’t know how to build a application for user friendly, Application lagging, UI looks like a child created it. Secondly their Sales teams are illiterate, they don’t have common sense, don’t know how to behave and a big liars. Before you move in, their salesperson will speaks with you like they are your friend, the movement you moved in, they won’t even respond your call. And honestly speaking they lied like you can’t imagine. They will say all the fake things just to let you move in. After that when you raised issue like salesperson told like this or that, even you have their whatsapp chats also, they simply says its not a valid proof and we won’t accept that proof. They won’t give your security deposit, Won’t listen your problem, rent Increases for every three months without any prior notice, and Electricity( better dont ask them) you will get 2000rs and above for non AC room (just to let you know that first month you will receive below 1000 and subsequently it will increase like hell) even if you are out for 15 days also. If you raise any issue, their sales team will miss behave with you. Never fall in to their trap

Worst experience/ Refund not processed

DON’T TRUST THEIR MANAGEMENT, THEY ONLY AIM TO LOOT YOU. BE SAFE/STAY AWAY FROM THESE KINDS OF FRAUD. I stayed in there property at narhe, pune. Had the worst experience ever, Main problem with them is that they don’t have anyone who can take any kind of liability or help you out. There process is very complicated in which they are no help. They claim to help me and all but the second after I paid them my rent and deposit, they even stopped answering my calls, texts. You have to do everything online. They even didn’t update my status on there app which caused me troubles raising a ticket for leaving the property. It’s been one whole month but I still didn’t get ky refund back. I tried calling their management, e-mailing them. But nothing seems to bugg there ears. PLEASE DON’T stay with them. 1) They did not updated my info on there app, so I couldn’t raise an issue for leaving. 2) They assured my that my deposit will be refunded but I didn’t even receive a single penny. 3) The wifi didn’t work properly and the building has no network acces via sim cards. 4) The water supply was usually cut during the day in the name of cleaning.
